China International Digital Economy Expo is the only national-level expo in China with the theme of digital economy, co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the People’s Government of Hebei Province with approval from the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. The expo has been successfully held three sessions. Over 1,000 Fortune Global 500 companies, China’s top 500 enterprises, top 100 companies in the industry, unicorn companies, and specialized and innovative enterprises such as Siemens, Ericsson, Epson, Tesla, CETC, CEC, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, Huawei, Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, JD.com, Inspur, Kingdee, ByteDance, NIO, SuperMap, and Topsec, have participated in the expo. The number of visitors exceeded 460,000, and the online exhibition attracted over 7 million clicks, showcasing the latest technologies, products, services, and business models in the digital economy.

China International Digital Economy Expo 2023 is scheduled to be held in early September at the Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Convention and Exhibition Center. Preparations for the expo are currently underway. The expo will feature opening ceremonies and theme summits, comprehensive exhibitions, series of summit forums, high-level closed-door meetings, high-level dialogues, professional competitions, on-site experiences, achievement releases, achievement selections, industry matchmaking, and other activities, striving to build a comprehensive, internationalized platform with the characteristics of conference, exhibition, competition, experience, release, and investment attraction. We plan to invite renowned domestic and international companies, industry organizations, and delegations from provinces and cities to participate, highlighting professionalism, novelty, uniqueness, excellence, international elements,  and interactive experience, providing professional buyers with opportunities for cooperation. We will also provide exhibitors with exhibition space, achievement releases, resource connections, forum speeches, media promotion, booth services, and other end-to-end services. We hereby invite exhibitors for the comprehensive exhibition of China International Digital Economy Expo 2023. The details are as follows:

I. Solicitation Period

From April 15, 2023, to July 31, 2023

II. Application Requirements 

1.Applicants

Renowned domestic and international companies, universities, research institutions in the digital economy are welcome to participate. Government departments at all levels, industry associations, associations, chambers of commerce, industrial alliances, and leading companies are also welcome to form delegations to participate.

2.Exhibition Contents

The comprehensive exhibition of the expo includes six exhibition halls and an outdoor exhibition area, with a planned exhibition area of 70,000 square meters. It will cover 15 theme exhibition areas, including intelligent manufacturing, industrial internet, artificial intelligence and robotics, innovative applications of information technology, digital infrastructure, big data, cloud computing, metaverse, smart cities and digital rural areas, digital culture, new energy and energy internet, digital low-carbon, digital health, digital lifestyle, international and provincial sectors, and digital Hebei. The expo will concentrate on showcasing innovative achievements, core technologies, cutting-edge products, and advanced application scenarios in the digital economy at home and abroad.

III. Application and Review

1.Registration

(1) Applicant units should submit the Exhibition Application Form.

(2) Except for government departments, applicant units should submit scanned copies of business licenses/registration certificates.

(3) Applicant units should upload the above-mentioned materials through the official website (https://www.cidee-zd.cn/) and contact the Secretariat of the Expo Executive Committee to confirm the submission before July 31, 2023.

2.Qualification Review

The Secretariat of the Expo Executive Committee will review the qualifications and application materials of the applicant units to determine the candidates.

3.Signing of Agreement

The Secretariat of the Expo Executive Committee will entrust the officially designated working organization to sign the 2023 China International Digital Economy Expo Comprehensive Exhibition Participation Agreement with the qualified applicant units.

IV. Fee Standards

A certain booth fee will be charged. The design and setup expenses, electricity fees, and exhibition equipment rental expenses will be borne by the applicant units themselves, while the venue management fee, network fee, and garbage cleaning fee will be borne by the organizing committee.
